New Olive Oil Dinner
Saturday, November 29, 2025, 8:00 PM
After the success of our previous dinner, we’re back with another evening of great food and tradition!
The star of the evening will be the mignola cerretana olive, a rare and prized variety native to Cerreto Guidi and the surrounding hills. To celebrate it, we’ve chosen a traditional dinner, with dishes that bring the flavors of the past, made using recipes handed down through generations, and shared with good company.
This event is part of a project to promote the mignola cerretana olive, led by the University of Pisa.
